No sooner does Lang arrive when he’s drugged and the professor is kidnapped by the bad guys. This is the slender thread upon which hangs a mediocre Eurospy movie. Lang Jeffries is a capable hero, generally, but here he’s not asked to do much, as opposed to the audience who is expected to get into the shabby goings on.
